What is the difference between moissanite and diamond?
One of the most notable differences between moissanite and diamond is that moissanite is a lab-created gemstone, which makes it more environmentally friendly compared to diamonds. This advantage also means that it is generally more budget-friendly and appeals to those who search for larger stones without a higher financial investment. Another difference is in their physical appearance. Moissanites display more colorful flashes compared to the colorless sparkle of diamonds.
When will I get my order?
After you place your order, you can expect to receive it in approximately 7-12 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cyzfz888@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at cyzfz888@gmail.com.
**Damages and issues**
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
**Exceptions / non-returnable items**
Customized and engraved products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
**European Union 14-day cooling off period**
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

One-Year Free Warranty
One-Year Free Warranty
MOISPARK offers a comprehensive warranty on all products we sell. Therefore, all products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of receipt of the original order, covering manufacturing defects.
For repairs not covered by the one-year warranty, we will first provide the customer with a quote and proceed with the repair only after obtaining the customer's consent.
Warranty Terms
1. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to MOISPARK.
2. The customer should ensure the product is properly packaged before returning it. MOISPARK is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3. Customers must use traceable shipping methods when returning products. Untraceable packages will not be processed.
4. MOISPARK reserves the right to cancel the warranty for any item that, after assessment by our jewelry professionals, is found to have been altered, misused, or damaged beyond the "normal wear and tear" range.
5. If a synthetic diamond falls out due to bent, snagged, or worn prong settings, but not due to normal wear or other damage; (please return the synthetic diamond and the product together for repair). The manufacturer's warranty and free services mentioned above apply only to the original purchaser of the product from Jeulia. Any maintenance, repair, resizing, or other service performed by personnel other than MOISPARK will void the manufacturer's warranty.
The following are some common jewelry issues that are not manufacturing defects:
・ Discoloration due to contact with chemicals, cosmetics, pool water, hot tub water, or bath water.
・ Prong settings and precious metals will typically show wear over time and may require "reinforcement" or repair; these are normal wear and tear.
・ Gemstones falling out due to bent, hooked, or worn prong settings (caused by normal wear and tear or other damage).
